Staying Ahead: How GIADA Keeps Georgia Dealers Ready for What's Next

GIADA's continuing education covers the titling tools, data security rules and compliance issues dealers face every day.

Georgia's title and registration tools, TOPs and Electronic Title & Registration (ETR), aren't optional knowledge for a dealership. They're daily necessities. GIADA's continuing education covers them along with out-of-state titles, liens, salvage and the move to electronic lien and title.

The curriculum also covers the FTC Safeguards Rule, under which dealers must take responsibility for a complete information security program; practical technology and AI tools; insurance, F&I and legal topics; and state rules on lots, signage, odometer disclosures and Buyers Guides.

Dealers can attend in person or complete the 10-course online series. Both formats are approved by the state board and satisfy the six-hour CE requirement for license renewal.
