GIADA

The voice of Georgia's independent dealers since 1955

GIADA is a not-for-profit industry trade association. Our primary purpose is to identify and address the legal and legislative issues that confront the used car industry in Georgia.

Who we are

GIADA has approximately 3,000 members: about 2,800 licensed auto dealers and 200 companies that offer products and services to Georgia dealers. That makes it one of the largest state independent dealer associations in the country.

Through our network of companies that support the industry, members enjoy pre-negotiated discounts on the products and services they need to be successful in the car business. GIADA is a proud affiliate of the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and every GIADA dealer member is automatically a NIADA member too.

Our mission

  • Promote, further and advance the independent automobile dealer industry in Georgia
  • Help the public better understand independent dealers' place in Georgia's economy
  • Give regulators and lawmakers the information they need to judge how proposed rules affect the public and dealers
  • Gather and share industry information with members
  • Bring dealers together so they understand their responsibilities to the public and to each other

Members also commit to a dealer code of ethics, including a pledge to expose or halt any scheme designed to deceive or defraud the automobile buying public.
